recipes for weight loss:
choosing the right one
As I have mentioned elsewhere on my website, dieting for weight loss isn’t easy and people who say it is aren’t being totally honest with you or are trying to sell you a dream.
If losing weight is easy wouldn’t every person who is overweight or obese be doing it? It’s a fact that seventy-five percent of people who start on a weight loss program give up within the first month.
That said, losing weight can be made a lot easier by choosing the right diet – a diet that suits you – not what somebody tells you what is the correct diet.
As long as the diet contains all the correct amount of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and calorie intake, there’s no need to eat food you don’t like, or go hungry.
Before going on the the actual menus, I have compiled two lists: Foods To Embrace and Foods To Avoid, that you may find useful if you wish to prepare your own low-fat, low-cholesterol and low-calorie recipes; or you can incorporate them into the recipes that you will find on the following pages:
- Recipes – Foods to Embrace
- Recipes – Foods to Avoid
- Recipes – Menus 1/2
I hope you found the information in this article helpful, but Before embarking on any diet, weight loss or exercise program, it is always advisable to seek professional advice.
Although all of the above have been created by dietitians and nutritionists to help you not only lose weight but provide all the necessary nutriments, vitamins and minerals you need to keep you healthy, they are for information only and the author and publisher of this website does not accept responsibility for any claims arising from their use of.
